- Engagement with OEM’s field engineers for installation, system readiness and line-up, sea-fastening, realignment, doweling, cranking, offshore first fire, dynamic defrosting and equipment first runs.
- Punch list creation, follow-up and closure. Management of OEM personnel.
- Installation integrity checks (A-ITR) and MRT (B-ITR) witness.
- Commissioning and start-up (CSU) schedule and procedures.
- Shipyard and offshore commissioning, pre-SAT with N2 and final SATs .
- Pre-start-up safety review (PSSR) for start-up and operation readiness.
- Static and dynamic defrost procedures and Operational test procedures.
- Ready for start-up (RFSU) and start-up/ramp-up (SURU) P&IDs review + mark-up.
- Critical equipment and system walkdowns during RFSU and SURU stage.

- Equipment monitoring for operational optimisation using OEM Machine Monitoring System, OEM Remote Monitoring and Diagnostic Platform, DCS Historian (e.g. Pi-Vision), DCS and PMS.
- Equipment operational troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Long Term Service Agreement contract preparation, negotiations and execution for turbomachinery trains (multimillion dollars values) and other equipment.
- Maintenance plan (with cost, time and resources) in charge and coordination with Production and Maintenance teams.
- Technical service lead and maintenance support / supervision.
